1. how to determine the resister for the Opamp?

   usually will it set to 10k, and depends on the gain or the function. only limit the current

2. the input comem mode input be open or GND?

4. what is the use of 10 bit GPIO, 32 bit is to control the IGBT?

10bit is to measure the position of moto or something else. 32bit is the GPIO output(32 Fiber optics outputs)!
